Step 1

Step 2
Phone Screening
A memeber of our recruitment team will call you to discuss your CV and ensure you meet our minimum criteria.
Step 3
Video Zoom Screening
You will be invited to attend a virtual interview with a senior member of our hiring team who will get to know you better as a candidate and discuss the role, training and progression in more depth for you.
Step 4
Face To Face interview
You will be invited to attend a face to face interview at our Leeds office. We will assess your communication, presentation and note taking skills.
